O'Yaraa began the way the best things do, with good company, open skies, and a fire burning between friends. Conceptualised on the banks of the Yarra Valley, the name means exactly what it feels like: Yaraa, friend. A word. A place. Unmistakably Australian.

Our recipes draw from age-old grilling traditions, slow marinades, hand-ground spice blends, and the original technique of cooking over open flame.
